RESPECT Magazine, Spring 2004

May 24, 2004

This new issue of Respect, the third and final in a series that focuses on GLSEN's strategic plan, examines GLSEN's efforts to ensure that the national education agenda to create effective schools includes LGBT issues. After centering on our public awareness and educator empowerment initiatives, we focus here on our efforts to ensure that national education programs and policy--especially those which take on bullying--no longer neglect school environments aggravated by anti-LGBT bullying, language and harassment.
