Anthony is a managing director at Lehman Brothers and currently heads the Firm’s Corporate Human Resources function. Since joining the Firm in 1992 Anthony has held a number of leadership positions in various divisions, and several chief administrative officer/chief of staff roles. Prior to joining the Firm, he held a variety of management positions at Chemical Bank both in New York and London. Anthony is also actively involved as a leader of Lehman Brother’s Global Diversity initiatives most notably as the founder of the Lehman Brothers Gay & Lesbian Network (LBGLN), the Firm’s LGBT employee resource group. He served as Co-Chair of the Network from 2002 to 2006 and remains a member of the Network’s Steering Committee as Chairman Emeritus, involved in particular with their activities outside the US. Anthony is a committed activist and fundraiser for a wide range of political and charitable organizations and over the years has served on a number of boards in the education, environmental and LGBT-rights arenas. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of The Gay Lesbian & Straight Education Network (GLSEN) www.GLSEN.org (2003 to present), and co-chaired the New York Respect Awards Gala in 2004, 2005, and 2007. He is member of the Board of Directors of the Posse Foundation www.possefoundation.org (2005 to present) and of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund www.victoryfund.org. Finally, Anthony is also a trustee of the Gay & Lesbian leadership Council, and a member of the National Advisory Board, of the Democratic National Committee. Anthony holds an M.A. in Economics from Cambridge University.
Susie is a managing director, partner at Goldman Sachs in the Americas Financing Group, where she runs the Investment Grade Capital Markets and Liability Management businesses. She advises large US Corporations on capital structure, global financing strategy and risk management. Susie is co-chair of the Credit Markets Capital Committee (CMCC) and a member of the Firmwide Diversity Committee. Prior to her current role, Susie was responsible for the High Yield and Investment Grade Capital Markets Consumer/Retail/Healthcare effort and the Midwest Investment Grade Business. She was a summer associate at Goldman Sachs in 1990 and rejoined the firm in 1997. She was named managing director in 2001 and partner in 2006. Susie is a trustee of Middlebury College and is on the Board of Directors of the Posse Foundation. Posse identifies, recruits and trains youth leaders from urban public high schools and sends these groups as "Posses" to top colleges and universities in the United States. She is a member of Posse’s Executive and Finance Committees. Susie earned a BA, cum laude, in Political Science from Middlebury College in 1986 and an MBA, with honors, in Finance from Columbia University School of Business in 1991. She lives in New York City with her two children and her partner, Allison.
Ryan is a managing director at Ziff Brothers Investments, New York. He is currently serving as the Sector Head on a team responsible for investing in financial services companies globally. From August 1998 to July 2000, he was employed with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York as a Financial Analyst. His personal hobbies include baseball/softball, snowboarding, and tennis. Ryan supports major causes such as equal rights for the LGBT community, education, and affordable housing initiatives. Recently he joined the Board of Directors at GLSEN, the Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network, and was in Bangalore, India on a Global Village build with Habitat for Humanity. Ryan was born and raised in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada. He now lives in the West Village of New York City with his partner Jonathan Ducrest and their six year old Rhodesian Ridgeback, Dakota. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) Degree from Queens University in Kingston, Canada.
