No Name-Calling Week Is Coming In January

The eighth annual No Name-Calling Week, a project of GLSEN, Simon and Schuster Children's Publishing and nearly 50 partners, will be held January 21-28, 2010. Designed for middle and elementary schools, with additional lesson plans for high schools, No Name-Calling Week is an annual week of educational activities aimed at ending name-calling of all kinds. One way students participate is to enter the Creative Expression Contest, open to all in grades K through 12. Do you know of a school or class who would like to participate?
