The GLSEN Workbook

The GLSEN Workbook is a tool for measuring, describing and improving an individual school’s climate with regard to LGBT people and issues. Through a 26-item survey, the GLSEN Workbook helps community members to assess their schools in the areas of policy, programming and practice along a four-point continuum from hostile to inclusive school settings. The Workbook also includes detailed descriptive information and direct action organizing tools that guide members through the process of creating concrete changes in the lives of students.
