School board elections are a critical event for school districts, yet traditionally these elections have very low turnout, and voters often know little or nothing about the candidates. GLSEN Chapters and other community-based organizations can educate voters about the election, which can result in a more informed electorate and increased voter turnout in school board elections. This resource explains how to conduct and release a voters guide.
