BookLink is GLSEN’s gateway to the highest quality resources for students, educators, families and community allies working to end anti-LGBT bias in K-12 schools.

By using the BookLink system, you’ll be supporting GLSEN in a valuable way: every purchase you make when you connect from the BookLink to Amazon.com, our main retail associate, will earn GLSEN a referral fee. We earn the highest fees when you put the item you've selected directly into your "shopping cart," and we ask that you consider this when you'd prefer simply to browse.

Navigating the GLSEN BookLink

The BookLink is divided into four categories:
  • Grades K-6
  • Grades 7-12
  • Educator Resources - curricula, books, and videos for classroom use, plus other resources for school faculty and administrators
  • Other Ally Resources - materials for
families, community activists, and others committed to making schools safe

Each category has its own BookLink section, which contains a list of resources. Click on the title for a description of the resource, and click on the “Buy This Item” link below the description to visit Amazon.com and make a purchase. Several resources produced by GLSEN are also available for purchase at Amazon.com.

All BookLink items are reviewed by GLSEN staff for quality and appropriateness of content. However, some titles for adolescent readers contain mature themes. We recommend that adults selecting books for youth review their content to determine their suitability. The editorial and customer reviews listed at Amazon.com often provide information on mature content.
