Part one of this article in the September/October Momentum provided a rationale why a Catholic school must provide all members of its community a safe supportive environment to be true to its identity. There is, however, much to be done. The majority of gay students at Catholic schools report being harassed without any intervention from staff (Kosciw, 2004).
