GLSEN's No Name Calling Week 


GLSEN Phoenix hosts National Training of Trainers event for GLSEN National. Board Members of Chapters from across the country will visit the desert to learn how to facilitate and train educators on how to be supportive allies to LGBT youth. The event will take place over a four day weekend. 

March 19th 

Encourage students to join us for the first ever LGBTQ-Friendly Online College Fair! Hosted by GLSEN and Campus Pride, the free (that's right, FREE) Fair will take place on Thursday, March 19th from 9am-9pm ET and will feature over 30 colleges from across the country. Students will learn about various colleges, speak to college representatives, and explore what life after high school can be like.

March 26th 2015

Sping Bling Team Q-Trivia takes place at Kobalt from 8-11PM. Register your team today. All proceeds go to ensuring Phoenix LGBTQIA Youth have supportive allies that affirm and respect them in school.

April 12th 2015

March with GLSEN Phoenix at Phoenix Pride. Phoenix Pride promotes unity, visibility, and self-esteem among gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons; and promotes a positive image in the Valley of the Sun and throughout Arizona through community activities and services.

Learn more about how to register, organize, what your rights are, and what to do if those rights aren’t being respected.Day of Silence: Every year hundreds of thousands of students across the world take a vow of silence on a Friday in April. This quiet but powerful, student-led action raises awareness about the silencing effect of anti-LGBT bullying, harassment and discrimination.
