Become a GLSEN Program Endorser

GLSEN programs are national, student- and educator-led campaigns that run each year with hundreds of thousands of participants. These actions allow organizers to call attention to the issues of anti-LGBT bullying and harassment in schools and work to make schools safer, healthier and more respectful for all students.

GLSEN program endorsers include national education organizations, organizational allies and youth-serving organizations. If your organization is interested in becoming a program endorser, take a look at the brief summaries below to decide which program is right for you. When you register, you can select any or all of our GLSEN programs.

In choosing to collaborate with GLSEN, your organization will make public your commitment to ending anti-LGBT bullying and harassment in our schools and will have the opportunity to receive visibility in our promotional materials. Leading up to each event, we will send endorsers relevant documents and copy to assist in your support of GLSEN's programs.

For press inquiries, please contact Kari Hudnell, Media Relations Manager at press@glsen.org to request an interview with one of our experts or to speak with students, educators or parents affected by our work.

We hope you will join us in working toward safer schools for all students.

GLSEN's Ally Week:
GLSEN's Ally Week is a student-organized action, powered by Gay-Straight Alliances and supported by GLSEN, taking place September 26-30, 2016. Ally Week is an opportunity for students to engage in a national conversation about the meaning of allyship. Ally Week is for everyone: straight and cisgender allies to LGBT youth are encouraged to learn about what actions they can take to support their LGBT peers, while LGBT youth can learn about how to support one another's overlapping, intersecting identities. Learn more at www.glsen.org/allyweek.
GLSEN's No Name-Calling Week:
GLSEN's No Name-Calling Week is January 18-22, 2016 and is an annual week of educational activities aimed at ending name-calling of all kinds and providing schools with the tools and inspiration to launch an on-going dialogue about ways to eliminate bullying in their communities. Each year GLSEN and educators across the country celebrate kindness by teaching respect and community in their classroom. Learn more at www.glsen.org/nncw.
GLSEN's Day of Silence:
On GLSEN’s Day of Silence, April 15, 2016, students across the country will take a vow of silence to call attention to the silencing effect of anti-LGBT bullying and harassment in schools. Hundreds of thousands of students across the country and around the world will take part in this student-led action to educate their schools and communities and to encourage others to address the problem of anti-LGBT behavior in schools.  Learn more at www.DayofSilence.org.
